My childhood memories roaming the forest area of Halkidiki, the winter smells of the wooden fired oven baked foods, and my early involvement cooking in a camp cuisine were essential in crystalizing my path towards cooking and my view which is based in the best use of the local and seasonal produce.
Upon finishing my studies in Athens I realized that cooking was the way of life that I wanted to follow and during the past years I had the opportunity to work in some amazing restaurants in Greece and collaborate with exceptional Chefs.
Apart from cooking I collaborate with various publishing and advertising houses in Northern Greece creating menus, recipes and food styling for books, magazines and advertising materials.
Thirty five years after I started my culinary journey my goal still is to further my abilities and continue to celebrate the Greek Gastronomy in a modern yet personal way.
